PURPOSE: To obtain a heat radiating sheet which has satisfactory shape follow-up properties and outstanding thermal conductivity and sufficient heat radiation effects by covering the skeletal lattice plane of a flexible three- dimensional reticulation or a form, each having an internal communication space by a thermally conductive silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION: A flexible three-dimensional reticulation or a form, each having an internal communication space such as a plastic foam of a continuous bubble structure is impregnated with a thermally conductive silicone rubber composition solution. Then the reticulation or the form is cured, so that the skeletal lattice plane of the reticulation or the form is covered to form a thermally conductive silicone rubber layer and thus obtain a heat radiating sheet. This heat radiating sheet which is highly heat-conductive, conducts heat generated by an integrated circuit element smoothly to a cooling part. In addition, the heat conductivity of the heat radiating sheet is preferably at least, 0.5w/m. deg.C. |
