<p>PURPOSE: To perform control according to the illuminance of circumferential environment by providing the illuminance sensor which detects the illuminance of the circumferential environment, a decision means for the use state of the information processor, and a means which turns off the power source of the information processor according to the illuminance of the circumferential environment and the use state. CONSTITUTION: The illuminance sensor 3 detects the illuminance of the circumferential environment, a converter part 5 performs conversion to illuminance data, and a comparing arithmetic part 6 compares the illuminance data (illuminance Y) with the previously set threshold value (illuminance X) of a user. Consequently, when illuminance X > illuminance Y, it is judged that the information processor is unmanned. Further, a no-key-input time is calculated in the comparing arithmetic part 6 and when the time exceeds a user's desired time, it is judged that the user has forgotten to turn off the power. Then an off signal is sent to a power source control part 8 through a system control part 7 to turns off the power source of the system device 4. In another way, a process for turning off the power source is started.</p> |
