PURPOSE: To manufacture of wood-like product having the texture of natural wood and clear woodgrain pattern by a method wherein groove filling part prepared by melting resin material having color different from the color of product material, out of which a grooved main body part, is so molded as to be integrated with the grooves of the grooved main body part. CONSTITUTION: In order to form wood-like product, firstly, fixed particles are formed by fixing surface particles having the hardness harder and the diameter smaller than those of the powder particle, which are treated by grinding down the ground particles firstly obtained by grinding cellulose material by friction so as to enhance bulk specific gravity, on the outer peripheral surfaces of the powder particles so as to wood-like forming seed material by mixing pigment and the fixed particles and, after that or simultaneously formed so as to form a grooved main body part 10, on the surface of which grooves are provided. Next, the resin material having the color different from the color of product material, from which the grooved main body part 10 is made, is melted so as to make groove filling parts 20 into an integral body with the grooves 11 of the grooved main body part 10 after or simultaneous with the melting. Thus, a formed article with woodgrain pattern and woody impression can be obtained. |
