PURPOSE: To provide a mode setting circuit saved in power consumption by constituting a switch means of switch elements with two kinds of different characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The circuit is provided with the switching means 22a including a pair of transistors each having an electrode to be supplied with the potential of a bonding pad 1 and receiving first input information based on a clock signal to make one side transistor a conducting state to output first input information, and a first latch circuit 19a outputting second output information through an inverter circuit 19 with first output information as second input information and temporarily holding second input information. Then the circuit includes a second latch circuit 26a inputting first input information, second output information and information of the inverse of the second output information, outputting an output signal int.MS 30 based on the potential of the bonding pad 1 and temporarily holding this output signal int.MS 30. Next, the transistors 22 and 23, which do not come into a conducting state at the same time, are formed at the switching means 22a, so that the generation of a through current is suppressed. |
