PURPOSE: To provide differential lock mechanism that can automatically switch the operation and operation stop of an inter-axle differential gear. CONSTITUTION: A reduction gear 50 and a speed-up gear 52 rotated integrally are connected to a reduction pinion 32. A first gear 56 meshed with the reduction gear 50 is mounted on a through-shaft 12 through a reduction side one-way clutch 54, and a second gear 62 meshed with the step-up gear 52 is mounted on the through-shaft 12 through a speed-up side one-way clutch 60. It is so set that the reduction side one-way clutch 54 is locked when the first gear 56 is rotated faster than the through-shaft 12 and that the speed-up side one-way clutch 60 is locked when the second gear 62 is rotated slower than the through shaft 12.
