摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a complex amount of particles, dimension, and composition in real time by eliminating liquid from an air stream including a small drip generated from a liquid sample depending on a diffusion dry element and a heated area and analyzing the particle in the produced air stream containing particles. SOLUTION: An air stream containing a small liquid drip whose diameter is approximately 0.001-100μm being produced by a small drip formation part 110 consisting of an ultrasonic atomizer passes through a dry part conduit and enters a dry part 120. A carrier liquid containing water is eliminated by a molecular sieve such as zeolite of each diffusion dry element 130 and the carrier liquid is removed by heating at a heating region 140 to help eliminate the liquid. An air stream containing the particle where the liquid is eliminated is sent to, for example, a laser support particle analyzer from an exit 150, particles included in the air stream is split and ionized by and the particles are analyzed by a flight time type mass analyzer, thus obtaining information on the amount of the particles in liquid ranging from the information on the amount of simple particles to that on the amount and composition in real time.
