PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce nonspecifical connection in polyphase system by allowing a specific amount of surface-active agent consisting of a specific material to exist in a reagent selected from each reagent of solid phase, tracer, and washing. SOLUTION: A sample, a tracer reagent containing a labeled analysis target, and a solid-phase reagent containing a solid phase where a specific connection target with the analysis target is mounted are allowed to contact, thus forming the immobilized complex of specific connection reaction product where a labeled analysis target and an immobilized specific connection object face. A solid phase with the complex is separated from the tracer reagent by a washing reagent, a label on the complex is detected, and the label and the presence of the analysis target in the sample are correlated. In this case, a surface-active agent consisting of polymethylsiloxane block copolymer which is modified by, for example, polyoxyethylenealkylether is allowed to exist in a reagent where at least one of each reagent of the solid phase, tracer, and washing is selected by an amount for reducing nonspecific connection by, at least, several multiples of nonexistence, thus reducing the nonspecific connection in a polyphase system. |
