PURPOSE: To provide a saw tooth voltage generation circuit, a parabolic voltage generation circuit and a monitoring device without using a time constant circuit. CONSTITUTION: This saw tooth voltage generation circuit is provided with ROM 1 storing a primary value within each phase limit obtained by dividing saw tooth voltage to be generated by a prescribed phase, a switching circuit 3 switching clocks f1 to f5 with different frequencies, an 8-bit up-counter 2 to which the contents of ROM 1 and the clocks from the switching circuit 3 are inputted, a four-bit up-counter 4 to which the clocks from the switching circuit 3 are inputted to give an overflow signal to the 8-bit up-counter 2, and a digital/analog converter 5 to which count data in the up-counters 2 and 4 are inputted. |
