PURPOSE: To reflect the information on the use history of a user by adding the name of another information explaining the part of information to the part of the information, farther adding the name of the user to an information server name and transmitting them. CONSTITUTION: A reception part 201 receives an information providing request from an information terminal and transfers the request to an information sorting part 202. The information sorting part 202 judges whether the name of a user himself in the user is included in the received information providing request or not, and transmits document information to which a blank column is added so as to input the name to a transmission part 205 when the name is not included. When the name is included within the information providing request, the request is transferred to a history information control part 203. The effect that the information providing request is inputted is notified to a request monitoring part 207. A providing information retrieving part 204 retrieves a providing information file 212 based on the request history information on the user acquired from the providing information control part 203 and transfers the retrieval to the transmission part 205.
