摘要	PURPOSE: To provide a heat generating device excellent in energy saving property. CONSTITUTION: In a heat generating device 10 using a self-temperature control heat generating element as a heat generating element 12, the whole heat generating element 12 is covered with a heat insulating material 14. The heat insulating material 14 is formed of a heat insulating part 16 for substantially insulating the heat released from the heat generating element 12, and a radiation resistance part 18 having a heat resistance smaller than the heat insulating part 16 which is arranged on the side of a material 24 subjected to radiation.
