PURPOSE:To reduce a dim image on film as well as an afterglow by automatically stopping luminescence with the volume of irradation which provides optimum blackening degree and then the luminescence of an X-ray fluorescence amplifier tube. CONSTITUTION:As for film blackening, an output signal from a photoelectric conversion unit 8 installed in the front of an X-ray fluorescence amplifier tube 115 is input into a balckening automatic adjustment unit 9 after a subject is transmitted. The output signal from the photoelectric conversion unit 8 allows an X-ray irradiation stop signal to output from an automatic adjustment unit 9. The X-ray irradiation stop signal I.I enters an I.I luminescence stop control unit 10. When the luminescence stop unit 10 receives the stop signal, the radiation 115 stops, thereby reducing the afterglow 11 as well as a dim image on film. |
