A pot with folding handles sold with or without a lid which operates as an accessory for a pressure cooker. It is put into the pressure cooker preferably uncovered and is at the same time held within it, in an appropriate manner, so that its bottom is only a few centimetres from the bottom of he pressure cooker. This ensures space for the so called "operating water". The food is cooked within it. Its body has no holes or openings of any size or shape. Since it is not heated directly by contact with the heat source - such as occurs when cooking with a normal pressure cooker - but by the steam from the "operating water", it can be used to cook any food without burning and without any prior addition of water to it. |
