PURPOSE: To keep the replenishing water at the boiling state and secure constant boiling-up by installing a heat exchange section mounted with a burner section below a hot water tank, providing a replenishing water guide section at the bottom section of the hot water tank, and forming an automatic travel section of noodle boiling baskets as the upper position of the hot water tank. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange section 2 is provided at the lower section of a hot water tank 1, a replenishing water guide section 3 is provided at the bottom section of the hot water tank 1, an automatic travel section 4 of noodle boiling baskets is formed at the upper position of the hot water tank 1, and a burner section 5 is connected to the heat exchange section 2. Since the replenishing water guide section 3 is provided at the bottom section of the hot water tank 1, the replenishing water guided into the hot water tank 1 is lifted while being gradually heated by a smoke pipe group 7, a pipe collection section 6, and a combustion pipe 8, and it starts boiling when it reaches the boiling face 13 of the heat exchange section 2. Boiling is invariably secured even when water is intermittently replenished. Noodle boiling baskets 10 supported on travel members 9 are automatically traveled on the automatic travel section 4, the noodles in the noodle boiling baskets 10 are invariably boiled up constant. |
