PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a metal-coated glass plate and to form a pattern on the surface of the metal-coated glass plate by forming a pattern on an intermediate layer from a net pattern with its mesh less than radio wavelength. SOLUTION: A typical laminated glass system is composed of a 1st glass plate 1, a 1st adhesive layer 2, a metallic layer (intermediate layer) 3, a supporting layer 6 for the layer 3, a 2nd adhesive layer 4 and a 2nd glass plate 5. In order to form a pattern thereafter, a laser beam is led to an intersecting direction through the laminated glass. The metallized part is properly cut off by the laser beam. On the laminated glass plate capable of transmitting a microwave, a metallized surface 12 on a supporting layer material having square structure is divided by laser cuts 11 after forming a pattern by the laser beam. The pattern on the layer 3 is a net pattern and the mesh of the net pattern is less than radio wavelength. |
