PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method for operating an on-locomotive electronic control type throttle controller provided with multiple desirable safety interlocking functions between two different operation modes. SOLUTION: Positions of a throttle, a dynamic brake, and respective handles in a reverser are found, and the previous operation mode is found. If it is determined as a handle mode, an output signal from a train command line is regulated according to the handle. Then, it is determined whether an RMU command is received by a throttle controller or not, and if its reception is determined, an output of each handle is set in a home position. In this case, a predetermined delay is provided before exiting the handle mode and entering the RMU mode even after setting to the home position of each handle is carried out by an operator. It is determined whether an RMU command is received by the throttle controller or not after the handle mode is finished, and if its receipt is determined, an output signal to the train command line is regulated. |
