PURPOSE: To obtain extra thin amorphous alloy of good condition having no pin hole, etc. CONSTITUTION: It is the alloy shown by the general equation; (Fe1-x Mx )100- ZYz (in equation, M shows one kind selected among Cr, Mo, W, Cr+Mo, Cr+W, Cr+Mo+W, Y shows one or more kinds among Si, B, P, C, (x) and (z) are shown by 0.01<=x<=0.15<=z<=30), a sheet thickness is <=10μm. It is the extra thin amorphous alloy of high magnetic permeability and low iron loss. |
