PURPOSE: To prevent an information from being erroneously recognized by storing photometry correction information in accordance with the operation state of a display means for displaying the luminance of a subject and correcting an output signal from a photometry means based on the correction information in the midst of the operation of the display means. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 13 allows a driving controller 22 for an LED 23 for indication within finder to turn on an LED corresponding to a selected range-finding point, so that a part corresponding to the selected range-finding point on a reflector 9 for indication within finder is illuminated to display the range-finding point in a superimposing system. The microcomputer 13 fetches an output value corresponding to each area of an AE sensor 18 outputted from a sensor driving controller 19 and stores it in a RAM incorporated in the microcomputer 13. Furthermore, the micrcomputer 13 corrects a photometric value stored in the RAM with the photometry correction value of each area of the AE sensor 18 in accordance with the part illuminated to display the range-finding point, so that a new photometric storing value is obtained. Therefore, in the midst of displaying the information, the output signal from the AE sensor 18 is processed without interruption and the information is continuously displayed. |
