CONSTITUTION: An image scanner 50 is for reading the format of a prescribed receipt form 51 as image data, a display means 52 is a means for displaying the read image data and a coordinate data table generation means 53 displays the respective items of the receipt form and the items of data to be inputted corresponding to the respective items on one part of the same display screen separately from the image of the receipt form displayed in a display means. To the coordinate data table generation means 53, a mouse 54 for inputting coordinate data is connected. The mouse 54 selects corresponding positions on the image of the receipt form for the respective items of the data to be inputted displayed separately from the image of the receipt form and inputs the positions to the coordinate data table generation means 53 as position coordinate data on the receipt form.
