PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable and high-speed terminal device for financial business. SOLUTION: A protective multifunctional terminal equipment for reception and processing which is especially useful for financial business related to speculative business and (or) electronic management of documents is provided with a mother board 13 having interface buses to one or more standardized connectors. Each connector can be connected to a standard input-output module and at least one specific input-output module which is incorporated with at least one shared opening, can fulfill a specific function, and, with respect to the specific function, can supply unorganized information to the mother board 13 in real time as its main function and can leave any developed information processing software on the board 13.
