The device has a hollow casing box (1) made from thin board, with a continuous side wall and a cover plate (2). The cover plate has concentric, circular channels (4) which can be cut through to create an opening (15) in which the end of the pipe (14) is placed. There are securing eyelets (8) which protrude outwards from the edges of opposing side walls. Nails (12) can go through the eyelets into the thin board underneath. There may also be brackets (17) on the outside of the box for attaching a cable binder (16).
