PURPOSE: To inspect the polarity of even a polar electronic part by providing a horizontal movement means for moving a color sensor in a direction parallel to the surface of a printed board whereon a polar electronic part is mounted and a rotation means which rotates the color sensor about an arbitrary axis- wire. CONSTITUTION: Color coding of positive/negative polarity is performed in advance for a polar electronic part which is an inspection object. A θ-axis arm 24 is constituted to rotate a sensor head 32 about a θ-axis by a θ-axis driving means consisting of a stepping motor, a gear, etc. A Z-axis arm 22 is constituted to move the θ axis arm 24 in a Z-axis direction by a Z-axis driving means. An X-axis arm 12 is constituted to move the Z-axis arm 22 in an X-axis direction by an X-axis driving means. The X-axis arm 12 is constituted to be relatively moved to an Y-axis arm 14 in a Y-axis direction by a Y-axis driving means. |
