PURPOSE: To prevent a tape cutter from being damaged by changing a movable range of a tape cutter by expanding and contracting a driving transmission part for operating a tape cutter by a cylinder and making tape cutters in non- contact with each other except when it cuts a tape of an electronic part. CONSTITUTION: Tape cutters 4a, 4b are driven by cams 6a, 6b rotated and driven by a motor 5 through driving transmission parts 7a, 7b. A cylinder 11 is interposed in an intermediate part of a second transmission member 9a and a length of the second transmission member 9a changes according to expansion and contraction movement of the cylinder 11. An air valve 13 opens when an electronic part 1 is not inserted and air is fed to the cylinder 11. The second transmission member 9a becomes expanded as air is fed to the air valve 13. The tape cutters 4a, 4b do not come into contact with each other when the second transmission member 9a is expanded even if a series of cutting operations are performed. |
