PURPOSE: To provide a tape feeder which is used for an electronic part mounting device for mounting a chip on a substrate and eliminates dislocation of a pick up position of a chip caused by processing assembly error of a tape feeder. CONSTITUTION: A base 3 whereon a supply reel and a pitch feed part 7 of a tape are mounted is connected to a base part 2 by a pin 41, a screw 42 and an eccentric pin 43. The eccentric pin 43 is fit into a long hole 45 made in the base part 2. When the eccentric pin 43 is rotated by a driver, the base 3 oscillates slightly in a horizontal direction around the pin 41 and a pick up position of a chip is adjusted. An adjusted tape feeder 1 is used after set in a table device of an electronic part mounting device; however, since a pick up position of a chip is adjusted, a chip can be surely sucked vacuum by a nozzle of a transfer head and picked up. |
