PURPOSE: To enhance the added value of an information service system by effectively distributing a regional advertisement information. CONSTITUTION: Information provided by an information provider side is received by each family and accessed to a regional advertisement distributing server from each family, then the regional advertisement information of this region is down-loaded and temporarily stored in a recording medium. Thereafter, the information is read out and displayed on a screen. In addition to service information including new articles, advertisement information common over the country is displayed on the screen. A button icon (button icon of 'Leaflet') operated when displaying local advertisement information is also displayed. If necessary, a user operates this button icon in order to see the regional advertisement information. |
