PURPOSE: To cope with a spot system of energy charge, the introduction of which is expected so far in a building managing system. CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit 5 calculates an available target electric energy charge according to energy charge unit price 11 and a target electric energy 13 set by an operator, and controls a load based on it. Thus, not the control of suppressing the upper limit of using electric energy like a conventional manner but the flexible control of the load in response to a demand since a load operation can be performed despite the quantity of the using load irrespective of time zone by obtaining the maximum value of the charge available within a predetermined period. |
