<p>PURPOSE: To realize tracking control with high precision and a high band in a magnetic recordin/reproducing device. CONSTITUTION: A tracking error signal is inputted to a compensator 86. The output of the compensator 86 is branched into two parts, and one side is inputted to a head actuator 76, an another side is inputted to a tape drawing actuator 61 through a head actuator equivalent circuit 87 and the compensator 88. The head actuator 76 compensates the high frequency component of a tracking error, and the tape drawing actuator 61 compensates the low frequency component of the tracking error. A disturbance estimator 170 is a disturbance observer, and estimates the disturbance acting to the tape drawing actuator 61 based on the input signal and the output result of the tape drawing actuator 61. By feeding back a disturbance component obtained by the disturbance estimator 170 to the tap drawing actuator 61, the influence of the disturbance is eliminated from the tape drawing actuator 61.</p> |
