PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color transparent material generation method and device without generating any oil streak. SOLUTION: A release agent in the form of silicone oil 106 is applied to a heating and fixing roll 74 to use a two-roll RAM system 90. The silicone oil 106 applied to the fixing roll 74 is thereafter measured to uniform thickness by use of a measurement blade 122 in contact with the surface of the fixing roll 74. The blade 122 is formed to be coupled to a fusion roll only during the fixing of a process color image on a transparent material, thereby minimizing the abrasion of the surface of the blade 122 and/or the fixing roll 74. At the same time, the contamination of the blade 122 due to unnecessary contact is thereby minimized. |
