PURPOSE: To allow the system to trace automatically a revision of an adjacent base station attended with an environmental change or arrangement change in base stations by measuring an electric field strength of each received frequency signal and discriminating whether or not the signal comes from a base station in the same communication system when the electric field strength is more than a specified value. CONSTITUTION: A service area is divided into plural zones Zi, and each base station BSi is provided to each of the zones. A mobile station MS makes transmission reception with the base station BSi of a zone Zi and makes communication with other mobile station or stationary terminal equipment via the current base station BSi. In this case, an outgoing radio wave from other base stations in other zones than the current zone Zi is received and its electric field strength is measured, it is analyzed and whether or not a signal comes from a base station of a same communication system is discriminated. When the electric field strength is a specified electric field strength or over, and it is discriminated that the signal comes from the base station of the same communication system, the reception signal is discriminated to be a signal from surrounding base stations. Thus, management control or artificial management via a central controller is not required. |
