PURPOSE: To make smooth the rotation of a transmitting member transmitting information by the rotation and to hold back abrasion of a seal member maintaining watertightness. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting member 8 transmits the rotation of a side wheel 9 to an input gear 6 of a gear train mechanism by its rotation. A seal member 24 wound round on a small-diameter shaft part 23 of the transmitting member 8 is positioned in a large-diamter hole part 7b of the through hole 7 and separated from a compressed state so that close contact with a transmitting shaft 20 is canceled, by the upward movement of the transmitting member 8 by the actuation of a spring 25. Therefore the transmitting member 8 rotates smoothly and also abrasion of the seal member 24 can be prevented. |
