<p>PURPOSE: To instruct a countermeasure from a monitoring center by receiving abnormality information by a monitoring center side when abnormality occurs on a facility side and transmitting a video in which the countermeasure for the abnormality is recorded to a facility side monitoring device. CONSTITUTION: When the abnormality occurs in facility while it is being operated, the monitoring center 2 detects the abnormality, and the abnormality inputted to the facility side monitoring device 1 is transmitted from a first input device 4 to a monitoring center side monitoring device 5 via a communication channel 9. A transmitted abnormal content is diagnosed by the engineer of the monitoring center, and when it is judged that the countermeasure is taken by a supervisor on a facility side, a digital video recorded on a digital video recorder 8 is selected, and it is displayed on a second monitor 6 for video display. The digital video transmitted from a second input device 7 to the facility side monitoring device 1 is displayed on a first monitor 3 for video display, and the countermeasure is taken by the supervisor.</p> |
