<p>PURPOSE: To provide the coordinate input device with which the output of a high S/N can be provided by removing noises induced from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A photocell group 10 in the shape of two-dimensional matrix consists of photocells (a) and (b) composed of first and second electrodes 1 and 2 formed in mutually orthogonal directions and an amolphous silicon layer 4 formed between the first and second electrodes 1 and 2. The photocell group 10 is formed so that the polarities of photovoltages of the adjacent photocells (a) and (b) may be different. Besides, a differential amplifier 5 is provided to amplify the difference of photovoltage between the adjacent photocells (a) and (b).</p> |
