PURPOSE: To enable an electronic component with a lead pin to be securely and easily mounted on an electrical circuit board making the lead pin be inserted into a through-hole provided in the circuit board and soldered to the board by a method wherein the lead pin implanting in an electronic component is formed like a hollow pipe, a lead-in hole is provided in the idle end of the lead pin, and lead-out holes are provided in the root of the lead pin. CONSTITUTION: An electronic component with a lead pin is composed of an electronic component 7 and a lead pin 1 which is implanted in the component 7 and formed like a hollow pipe, a feed-in hole 9 is provided in the idle end of the lead pin 1, and lead-out holes 8 are provided in the root of the lead pin 1. The lead pin 1 is inserted into a through-hole 2 provided in an electric circuit board 6 and fixed by soldering. At this point, four or so of the lead-out holes 8 are provided circumferentially in the root of the lead pin 1 at a regular interval. The lead-in hole 9 makes the idle end of the lead pin 1 open. |
