PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective central control to avoid and intervene collision of data by adopting a central controller together with a tough protocol and a competing scheme. SOLUTION: A usable signal is cyclically broadcast with infrared collector/ transmitters of respective station nodes 103, 104. When the usable signal is received from the station node 103, identification of the transmitting station node 103 is registered by controllers 106, 107 in respective mobile nodes 101, 102. Then, a competing data segment to discriminate a transmitting mobile node is transmitted and competing information is provided by the respective mobile nodes. Respective bits of information included in competing data sequences are passed to a controller 112 at a point in time where the competing data sequences from the mobile nodes 101, 102 are received by the infrared collector/transmitter 10 and by which mobile node communication with the outside network 105 is set is determined. |
