PURPOSE: To easily prepare a second document based on a first document. CONSTITUTION: Document definition information including preparation condition information and format information for preparing document data is stored in a document definition tag 22 corresponding to respective documents and a file provided with data to be the source of the document data is stored in a record file group 20. At the time of displaying first document data corresponding to the first document at a display part 14, when one of the plural data on the first document data is specified by a cursor position for instance, a document processing part 18 tentatively stores the specified data as the specified data, and when the second document to be prepared is specified, second document data are prepared based on the document definition information stored in the document definition tag 22 corresponding to the second document, the data of the file stored in the record file group 20 and the tentatively stored specified data. |
