PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency and the service quality of a data switching device by providing a data communication control processor for data communication processing so as to reduce the processing quantity of a subscriber's control processor to prevent being added with an excessive load. CONSTITUTION: At the time of setting a call, a communication control processor selection means 31 in a call control processor 30 selects by a prescribed selection method a communication control processor 20 executing data communication processing between subscriber's control processors 10 respectively housing the terminals of a transmitting subscriber and a call-incoming subscriber, and executes data communication through it. Data from the subscriber's terminal is communication-processed by the communication control processor 20 and transferred to the opposite subscriber's control processor 10. Consequently the subscriber's control processor 10 have only to transfer data transmitted and received by the terminal to a control processor 20 so that the housing of a subscriber's terminal of large data communication quantity does not increase the load remarkably to unnecessitate the work of averaging data communication quantity at each subscriber's control processor. |
