CONSTITUTION: The external storage controller 2a which controls data transfer between a host device 1 and the external storage device 3a reads in data from the external storage device 3a by using a command for reading in a next field part after defective data are corrected if the defect of the data of a read field part is found when the data consisting of >=1 field parts are read in from the external storage device 3a. |
