PURPOSE: To prevent the vibration of lead wires connecting band electrodes with holder terminals caused by strong impact by entirely applying silicon molding to lead wires prepared between band electrodes on the outside circumferential surface of a piezoelectric vibrator and holder terminals for a vibrator. CONSTITUTION: Four lead wires 8 to 11 mediate, along the outside circumferential surface of a vibrator, between band electrodes 1 and 3 to 5 and holder terminals for a vibrator 14 to 17 respectively. Silicon molds 19' to 22 are applied to the wires 8 to 11 so as to fix them, thereby preventing the vibration of lead wire due to impact, etc. In addition, a silicon potting part between the lead wire and band electrode and between the lead wire and holder terminal for vibrator is extended in a manner to cover the lead wire entirely. Thus, the lead wire is hardly vibrated even by a strong impact excluding manual vibration, reducing influence on gyro output. |
