PURPOSE: To constitute high polymer solid electrolyte which is excellent in mechanical strength and flexibility and has high conductivity by making mixed liquid containing compounds expressed by formulae and organic electrolyte flow or applying the same on a positive electrode substance, and curing the same through light irradiation thereafter. CONSTITUTION: A battery has a negative electrode made of alkali metal, alloy containing the alkali metal, or carbon material capable of storing alkali metal ions. The battery has electrolyte made of high polymer solid electrolyte having ether side chains in polyether cross-links obtained by copolymerizing compounds expressed by a formula I and a formula II, and a positive electrode made of conductive high polymer or transition metal oxide, or both of them. In the formulae, R1 , R2 , and R3 represent H or CH3 , n is 4 to 20, and m is 3 to 9. |
