PURPOSE: To provide the music reproducing device which can perform color changing operation. CONSTITUTION: This music reproducing device is equipped with a MIDI clock counting part 35 which counts a MIDI clock generated when accompaniment music information of the MIDI standards is reproduced, a music change point storage part 23 which stores music change points where a color changing speed changes and the MIDI clock time in a table so that they correspond to each other, a color change position determination part 36 which finds a present color change position on the basis of the counted value of the counting part and the contents of the music change point storage part 23, a color change position register part 37 in which the value of the color change position determination part 36 is registered, and a display processing part 38 which generates a video signal for displaying a text character string in a specific color on the basis of the output of the register part 37 and the output of a text character storage part 20; and the present color change position is found from the present MIDI clock and MIDI clock times in the table before and after the MIDI clock in terms of time. |
