PURPOSE: To easily and correctly generate an official report such as an official gazette and to shorten the operation time for official report index generation, etc., and lighten the burden on persons in charge by automatically official report numbers by kinds of the official reports, rearranging and listing official report entry law names according to operation dates, and giving the official report numbers in the order of issue dates and registration of the calendar by the kinds of the laws and printing or writing them. CONSTITUTION: On the basis of official report kind and issue date information inputted from a keyboard 1, a computer body 4 obtains an official report number. Then information on unissued laws is taken out of a law data base 5 and rearranged according to its issue scheduled date, issue date, etc., and supplied to a CRT 3, on which a law information list is displayed. When a law to be entered into the official report is selected out of the list of the unissued official reports, the computer body 4 registers the official report number in the selected law information in the law data base 5. Then the computer body 4 registers the official report number in the law data base 5, issues an error message and a confirmation message for processing, and also generates a confirmation message for providing new processing. |
