The guidance for a roller bearing with two sets of rollers (71A), with reciprocal motion of less than 360 degrees, to enable lubrication to take place. It consists of a special guide, an intermediate sleeve (70), in which are lodged drive elements (77,78) in the form of a roller (73,75) and a spring (74), which serve to drive or prevent returning of the intermediate sleeve (70). These items (77,78) are placed between the slopes (76) of the intermediate sleeve (70) and the inner and outer rings (71,72) of the bearing to produce a continuous rotation of the intermediate sleeve.
