<p>PURPOSE: To detect a state of being full of automobiles without changing a program even when the number of stock detection sensors is changed by comparing the number of stock detection sensors detecting a stock with the number of stock detection sensors connected to a multiplex transmission processing part and outputting information on the fullness when a prescribed area is set in the state of being full of the automobiles. CONSTITUTION: The multiplex transmission processing parts 6e, 6f, detect the state of the stock detection sensor 4 and that of the stock sensor 4 connected by multiplex transmission, and stock detecting sensor recognizing parts 6g, 6h recognize the number of stock detection sensors 4 in the prescribed area connected to the multiplex transmission processing parts 6e, 6f when the operation of a detector for a state of being full of automobiles is started.
