PURPOSE: To easily enjoy respective races from respective remote locations all over the country by letting an on-line betting contractor receive and televise the race from a racetrack to the unspecified number of observers and performing betting to the racetrack of the unspecified persons on-line. CONSTITUTION: A television camera 17 is installed in the racetrack 16, the video images of the race performed there are transmitted through a transmitter 18 to the respective locations all over the country and an on-line betting contractor side receives them by a receiver 19 and televises them on respective large- sized televisions 3 by a tuner 20 and an exchange 21. The observer personally who does not have the qualification of the on-line betting contractor requests the betting to a reception part 5 inside the respective observation room corners of the place. A receptionist lets each requesting person individually join an on-line betting system by performing a joning procedure. At the time, since the observers are plural, they join the on-line betting system by a reception account 22 and respectively individually perform on-line betting through the receptionist. |
