PURPOSE: To control buttons for each subscriber in a multi-function telephone set by calling the message storage information corresponding to one subscriber including a subscriber identification code and the number of message storage cases and displaying them on screen. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber makes a registration in plural multi-function telephone sets 1 to be housed in and connected with the same exchange device 2 and accepts one subscriber button corresponding to the self subscriber identification number. A subscriber button 15 allocated to him is pushed and the use of the controlled telephone set is enabled among plural telephone sets 1. In a subscriber button part, a subscriber button 14 is allocated to plural subscribers who uses the telephone set 1. A button lamp 15 shows the state of storing the message for the corresponding subscriber corresponding to the button 14 which stores the message and it turns on the button lamp based on the button lamp lighting indication information received from a message information storing part 18. The information stored in the part 18 is called and is displayed on a screen by character information. |
