PURPOSE: To enable to decrease the deviation of the light output of a light emitting element unit or a light emitting element array chip unit by temperature and to obtain higher yield of it independent of the material or the structure of a device, regardless of a surface emitting type or an edge emitting type and without causing a problem of a short life and the poor reliability of a device. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered transparent film 27 formed integrally on an output region comprises a semiconductor film, whose transmittance is wavelength-dependent, that is, it exhibits high transmittance to low-intensity light emitted from a light emitting layer 24 and low transmittance to high intensity light emitted from the light emitting layer 24. |
