PERMANENT MAGNET AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a permanent magnet which is capable of being easily formed and possessed of a coating layer that is hardly separated off and kept free from color shading. CONSTITUTION: Magnetic powder as permanent magnet material is introduced into a coating device and kept fluid, and coloring solution is sprayed on the magnetic powder so as to enable its droplets to adhere to the surfaces of the magnetic powder particles (coloring process A). The colored magnetic powder and resin material are kneaded together and molded (molding process B), and the obtained molded body is magnetized (magnetizing process C).
