PURPOSE: To provide a cylindrical inner surface scanning device whose working efficiency is improved and whose maintenance is facilitated. CONSTITUTION: An aperture part 214 formed in parallel with a center shaft 221 is formed at the upper part of a cylindrical inner surface drum main body 22. A supply cassette 31 is disposed on one side of the side part of the drum main body 22, so that unexposed photosensitive material 1 is plurally stocked. A housing cassette 32 is disposed on one side of the side part of the drum main body 22 similarly to the supply cassette 31, so that exposed photosensitive material 1 is plurally stocked. A pad carrying unit 33 and a path change carrying unit 25 form a photosensitive material supply path for carrying the unexposed photosensitive material 1 to the supply cassette 31 side of the aperture part 214 from the supply cassette 31. The path change carrying unit 25 and a carrying unit 34 form a photosensitive material housing path for carrying the exposed photosensitive material 1 from the housing cassette 32 side of the aperture part 214 to the housing cassette 32.
