<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a spectroscopic analyzer in which a sensor can be focused easily while preventing the adverse effect of stray light in dark room and dew formation on the sensor surface. CONSTITUTION: The spectroscopic analyzer comprises a light emitting section and a light receiving section 2. The light receiving section 2 comprises a condenser lens 4, a slit 7, an ND filter 9 for reference, a diffraction grating 14, and a linear image sensor 15. The filter 9 is disposed in front of the slit 7 such that it can be opened/closed freely. The slit 7 is built in the body 8 mounting, on the back thereof, a dark room 13 surrounded by a case 12. The diffraction grating 14, the sensor 15 and a drying agent 18 are disposed in the dark room 18. The sensor 15 is secured to a support 16 and the position thereof can be adjusted from the outside of the dark room 13.</p> |
