<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directly heated cathode structure and a manufacturing method thereof capable of preventing discharge of electronic radiation substances to a lower part of a pallet, further stabilizing a structure, and which is advantageous for improvement of quantity and productivity. SOLUTION: On a lower face of a porous pallet 500 in which a cathode substance is impregnated, a first metal member 510 is fixed by a blazing welding method. At the lower part of a first metal member 510, a second metal member 520 is welded. Between the first metal member 510 and the second metal member 520, a filament 600 is intervened and inserted, and the filament 600 is fixed by welding between the first metal member 510 and the second metal member 520 on a lower face thereof.</p> |
