<p>PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing color filters which are formed with fine patterns of multiple colors having a uniform thickness and high accuracy free from differences in level and dropouts on a substrate with the good follow-up characteristics of photosensitive films and good workability and has excellent heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A temporally sticking stage for sticking these films to each other by forming spaces 5 between pixels in such a manner that the colored photosensitive resin layers 2 of the second and subsequent colors face a transparent substrate 4 by using the photosensitive films having intermediate layers 1' further between base films 1 and photosensitive resin layers 2 colored to one color for the second and subsequent colors. This process includes a stage for peeling the base films 1, a stage for transferring the photosensitive resin layers 2 of the second and subsequent colors from the base films 1 to the inter- pixel spaces 5 by heating, a stage for peeling the intermediate layers 1' and a stage for transferring the photosensitive resin layers 2 of the second and subsequent colors from the base films 1 to the inter-pixel spaces 5 by pressurizing between a stage for sticking the photosensitive resins layers and a stage for development.</p> |
